We know it's a lot of events and logistics will be crazy but we will try our best to plan out this trip as best as we can!

Book your flights to Ho Chi Minh (Tan San Nhat International Airport)
We recommend using Google Flights to track flights and even book your flights as we've seen the cheapest rates. Remember to check for luggage allowance. EVA Air, Vietnam Airlines, Asiana or JAL are all great airlines (from our experience).
*IMPORTANT*
Please remember to get a VISA to Vietnam (I would get the 5 year one, it should be around $80 and you can enter and leave Vietnam as many entrees in 5 years) and make sure your passport isn't expired! You can get this at local asian travel agency.

Plan to arrive anytime June 25-29 (or even earlier) if you'd like to explore HCM beforehand and stay at least until July 9th!

Book your stay in Ho Chi Minh City
Hotels along the strip are great. Our family has stayed at the Rex, Caravelle, the Grand, ($100 per night) The Intercontinental or even Reverie (~$300 per night if you're feeling boujee). The local mom and pop hotels there are cheap and nice too ($50+). Please book from when you arrive to stay until 7/1. Please take into account time-zone changes when you are booking!

Book your flight to Cam Ranh/Nha Trang Airport
If you're planning on going to the Tea Ceremony, then book your flight for the afternoon/evening of 7/1, since we may be hungover for the Bachs. If not, arrive in Nha Trang before John's Bday on the 2nd or 3rd. If you can, I suggest booking with Vietnam Airlines as they usually have luggage allowance. Vietjet is fine too but remember to buy luggage or make sure your tier has luggage allowance or you'll have to pay for it at the airport!

Transportation to Nha Trang
John & I will be coordinating buses from Cam Ranh to Nha Trang which is about 45 minutes.

John & I have already reserved the whole bottom beach gulf which includes 41 rooms. Please see the spreadsheet and let us know which remaining rooms you'd like to book! We will be there 7/5-7/9

We need to book out these rooms before we book extra rooms to get the "private resort" at the bottom beach gulf so let me know ASAP!

Relax
This is a vacation after all! Please feel free to make plans on the "free days." We want us all to enjoy to time away from reality.

Book your accommodation for after July 9th
Whether you'll stay a bit longer in Mia (let us know!), or Nha Trang, or fly back to HCM, please remember to book your rooms :)
